BRUIN Financial is currently working with a boutique Investment Management firm who are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger clerk to join their compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the whole purchase ledger system in the firm for numerous clients.

As a Purchase Ledger clerk your responsibilities will include:
• Receive and review supplier invoices on a daily basis, following up on any missing or duplicate documents as required
• Compare invoices to budget where necessary
• Log invoices on a central purchase ledger system and make entries in the accounting software for individual companies
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly payment runs as required including setting up payments on multiple banking platforms

The successful incumbent requires:
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team
• Punctual, and good at managing time effectively and meeting deadlines
• Good attention to detail
• Strong written and communication skills
