Leading International Bank seeking an Associate Credit Partner to join their Real Estate Risk team in London.
Key responsibilities
• Providing team admin support, which will include assimilating and producing data and reports required by the team and senior management
• Producing regular reports and assisting the SCOs in their production of policy, legal updates and reviews
• Ensuring the accuracy of information gathered for reporting and providing appropriate analysis and commenting on relevant trend
• Reviewing a portfolio of clients; ensuring it continues to present an acceptable risk profile through proactive monitoring and identifying any deterioration in portfolio risk metrics, including compliance with risk processes, record keeping and data integrity.
• Ensuring that ratings assessments are accurately undertaken for all counterparties using the appropriate rating models
Skills/ Experience required
• Credit Risk, Real Estate experience
• Willingness to learn and develop real estate knowledge, alongside a sound understanding of company financials
• Strong analytical skills, paired with a high level of competency across Windows packages – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and relevant business databases and systems
• Confident in own ability and be able to provide clear, concise and well balanced reasons, justifying actions taken and recommendations made
• Well-developed presentational and business writing skills and able to produce clear concise and accurate written work
