A global banking group is looking for an experienced Business Manager Service Delivery to join their team in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for setting up and implementing the banks communication strategy as well as providing specialised project support to the team. The ideal candidate will have proven risk and controls management experience, from a similar role.

Develop and implement the communications framework and strategy for the Fraud Management team.
Support the Fraud / Financial Crime projects
Supports models and risk management
Support the implementation, governance and performance of controls
Ensure that all the correct controls are put into place for Financial Crime Operations
Report on key MI/Performance indicators and capacity management
Skills and Competencies Required
Experience in developing strategies and policies
Thorough knowledge of banking products and processes
Business management/ Financial planning experience
Risk management and controls experience
AML/Financial crime knowledge
Senior Stakeholder management skills and ability to influence
Training experience, from a leadership role
