We are working on behalf of a prestigious Financial Services institution to recruit a KYC / Client Onboarding specialist, with strong training experience, for their Birmingham team. As KYC / Client Onboarding Trainer, you will support the KYC operating procedures and will provide KYC training. You will also be supporting projects and change activities with onboarding and compliance training.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver KYC training for the domestic team and internationally
• Design and provide tax and regulations training
• Identify needs and create a training schedule, including for new starters and refreshing sessions
• Liaise with other teams and stakeholders to design training material
• Manage KYC training programmes and report to the business

Skills and Expertise

• Coaching / training experience from a similar role
• Experience in designing and delivering training
• People management and leadership experience
• Financial Services background or comparable
• AML and KYC expertise (Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer)
• Understanding of the FS regulations, particularly MiFid, FATCA, EMIR and CRS
• Excellent communication skills
