Our client a leading financial services organisation based in London is looking for a Compliance Training & Communications Director to join their team. This role is looking for an experienced compliance professional to manage the design, development and delivery of global compliance training content and communications.
As the Compliance Training Director your main duties will include:
Develop and conduct periodic training needs assessments, with the goal of identifying and reporting on risk-based Compliance training needs across the firm globally.
Based on the needs assessments, design, develop and deliver high quality, effective, innovative and engaging training solutions tailored to the needs of learners in a blend of classroom sessions, web-based courses and audio/video programs.
Work with internal stakeholders to review and update existing Compliance training content to ensure consistency with regulatory requirements, and continued applicability to the firms business and operations.
Produce and deliver Compliance content and messaging to employees via intranet, email, video, talking points, articles, blogs, etc., in a timely, clear, consistent, accurate and authentic voice.
The successful candidate will have:
Hands-on experience in a training function in a large, multinational corporation, ideally in the Compliance Department of a global financial services company.
Fluency in the English language, with exceptional verbal, writing, editing and interpersonal skills.
Experience in corporate/employee communications (especially with a Risk, Compliance, Legal or HR emphasis) a strong plus.
