Our client is recruiting for a Client Service Manager. Deal proactively and reactively with clients and their advisors, liaising with internal departments and providers as necessary. Support Client Relationship team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide the highest quality service for our client base working in cooperation with other teams and organisations as detailed below
• Provide the highest quality service for our client base working in cooperation with other teams and organisations as detailed below
• Work with Client Relationship Managers and, if necessary, Product Engineers in respect of all client take-on’s, take-off’s and changes to existing client mandates in line with our current procedures including requesting AML KYC documentation ensuing it is in line with Compliance standards an taking into account new regulations.
• Continue to build client, company and industry knowledge levels to better service our client base

Key Skills:

• Ideally the candidate will have 4 or more years experience in providing top quality client service to asset management clients
• Experience of working with multiple asset classes.
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
• Able to manage their time and workload appropriately
