Our client, a leading international financial institution, is looking for an interim EMEA HR Risk Manager, working as a strong second-in-command to the Regional COO, HR EMEA. The key focus of the position will be to help build out a risk and control infrastructure/framework across Human Resources for a new project focussing on markets in EMEA.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Core responsibilities will be:
• Build out a risk and control infrastructure/framework across HR
• Manage the HR Risk agenda for all of the HR functions:- HR Consulting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, L&D
• Ensure compliance with global, regional and country regulations
• Manage relationships between HR and key stakeholders: - Conduct Office, Compliance, Audit and Risk
• Manage and oversee the Information Security requirements for all HR functions
• Introduction of risk and compliance dashboards
• HR forecasting and budgeting
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as an HR Risk Manager, including building risk and control infrastructures/frameworks, risk and compliance dashboards
• Experience across all HR functions: HR Consulting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, etc.
• Experience of HR compliance with global, regional and country regulations, with particular experience of European regulations
• Management of relationships with key stakeholders
• Information Security requirements
• HR forecasting and budgeting
• Knowledge of markets specific to the firm
