Our client, a leading global investment management firm, is looking for a Risk Communications & Training Analyst to join their office in London. The role sits within the Group Risk function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the internal and external risk communications strategy and plan in alignment to Risks enterprise risk management framework and risk culture strategy. This role is also a hands-on role that would also require the design and delivery of communications.
Development of a Risk internal and external communications strategy and plan in line with the firms communications standards and enterprise risk management framework.
Development of a Risk training strategy and plan
Responsible for the design and implementation broad range of internal and external communications including newsletters, announcements, executive training sessions and ad hoc requests to support Risk initiatives.
Act as Risk representative to the Internal Communications teams
Responsible for the development and maintenance of Risks intranet and SharePoint pages
Establishing and maintaining highly effective working relationships with all key internal stakeholders
Experience and Qualifications Required
Communications and Training experience for Risk
Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Operational and financial risk work experience preferable
Experience in financial services sector required.
Proven leadership skills
Strong presentation skills i.e. expert in Powerpoint
Competent in SharePoint / Intranet design and administration
University degree in Business, Management, Finance, Communications or similar
