Client Reporting Analyst
Job Title: Client reporting Analyst
Purpose of the role:
To be part of the Client Reporting Team, the ideal candidate would be responsible for providing an efficient and effective reporting service to our internal and external clients. The candidate will take responsibility of regulatory report production and delivery of various data provisions for an allocation of institutional of institutional (DB and DC) and Unit Trust clients.
Deliver exceptional level of relationship and SORP reporting support to pooled Institutional and Unit Trust clients. Undertaking enquiries for the Client Reporting Manager whilst maintaining excellent working relations with internal key business areas at all times.
Meeting deadlines, providing wider service assistance as required by the team.
Provide technical support, understanding of a pooled product range such as Equities, Fixed Income, Property, Multi Asset and Cash.
Identify and follow up on process inefficiency, and technical development of peers opportunities with the intention of enhancing client service.
Establish familiarity in areas such as the products, brand, services and competitors in the market.
Produce client reports, audit packs and data provision to clients, administrators and consultants.
Awareness of strategies of competitors, their market direction and impact it has in our business.
Strong Degree (2:1 or equivalent preferably).
Experience within investment management, client services, fund accounting and regulation.
Working within the pensions industry is welcome.
Excellent intrapersonal / Negotiation skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and with large volumes
