Over the last 12 months the WiFI Index has varied significantly, from the lowest point in October (Index of 97) to a peak in May (Index of 116) but overall continues to maintain an upward trend.
- Although the average WiFI Index for 2016 has decreased YoY, an average of 106 is a positive indicator for the engagement and recruitment of women in financial services
- Men still paid on average 15% more than women in financial services, however the gender pay gap has narrowed by comparison year on year.
- The proportion of women securing a job offer is an increase YoY, which reflects the significant drive across the to prioritise diverse sourcing.
