January 2017 WiFI Index: 105
For the January 2017 BRUIN Financial Women in Financial Institutions Index (WiFI), data was comprised from more than 2,500 workers in financial services to record a WiFI Index score of 105.
- WiFI Index shows a +2 point increase month on month, indicating the engagement and recruitment of women in financial services has improved
- The gender pay gap has grown by comparison year on year with men still paid on average 17% more than women in financial services
- The proportion of women securing a job offer has increased YoY, which reflects the drive across the sector to prioritise diverse sourcing.
